Every November The Salon Art + Design welcomes the world’s finest international galleries exhibiting historical, modern and contemporary furniture, groundbreaking design and late 19th through 21st century art. Visitors will find classic designs by the great international 20th century masters, as well as creative works by today’s most innovative young artists. From classic and abstract antiquities to Art Nouveau, Deco, Mid Century Modern and the 1970’s, 80’s and 90’s culminating in the latest work of emerging masters, The Salon showcases global material for every taste.

Priveekollektie 12,5 Years Group Exhibition: Spectrum of Time

Priveekollektie Contemporary Art | Design celebrates its 12,5 year anniversary in 2018. During Heritage Day in Heusden, the new group exhibition ‘Spectrum of Time’ opened in the gallery on September 9 for this special occasion. The exhibition embodies a selection of works by Priveekollektie’s represented artists and designers alongside work by young, up-and-coming talent.

Group Exhibition | Spring Opening

Priveekollektie celebrates spring with group exhibition in Heusden

Priveekollektie brings traditional concept and material together in their most contemporary version by our recognized international artists with a Spring Group Exhibition.

With the exhibition, Priveekollektie focuses on the combination of contemporary art and collectible design and the crossing of the fine line between both disciplines. The works of Carolina Wilcke (NL), Catharina van de Ven (NL), Dominic Harris (UK), Peter Macapia (USA), Reinier Bosch (NL), Roderick Vos (NL), Salustiano (ES) and Vincenzo Marsiglia (IT ) are presented side by side.

In addition, the museological project ‘Pyramids of Makkum‘ by Royal Tichelaar Makkum with designs by Jurgen Bey, Studio Job, Hella Jongerius and Alexander Slobbe is featured. The inspiration for the project, the traditional flower pyramid, is also presented in Heusden.

Art New York 2017 | Priveekollektie Booth A101

Art New York provides a fresh alternative for acquiring important, never-before exhibited works from both primary and secondary markets.  The fair welcomes both experienced and new art collectors who are looking to experience a carefully-curated, rich-in-content presentation of the best in the global contemporary art market.

Art New York and CONTEXT New York, adjacent to each other at Pier 94, begin with an elegant, invitation-only VIP Preview event on May 3 from 2:00 to 5:00PM. The special preview offers collectors, art advisors, curators, and media the opportunity to examine and acquire the finest works available in the market before the fairs open to the public that evening and continuing through Sunday, May 7.  The combined exhibition space of Art New York and CONTEXT New York will cover more than 200,000 square feet, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Hudson River.
