In 2006, Patrick Perrin launched the first PAD art fair in Paris and later the London edition. With the main concept of white simple pavilion and boutique settings (PAD stands for “Pavilion of Art and Design’), PAD has become a plain yet classic stage inspiring collectors, art consultants, museum experts, specialists and the public alike.
Being the leading fair of 20th century art, design and decorative arts, PAD always brings to public the most original and iconic works from the market today. Visiting the Berkeley Square W1 in London, audiences can see the convergence of eclecticism, authenticity and connoisseurship in artworks and the passion and flair of artists.
When commenting on PAD London, Deyan Sudjic OBE, former director of Design Museum said: “No matter how much you think that you’ve seen everything, there is always something here that you haven’t seen before’. With fourteen-year experience of international art fair, PAD never disappoints juries, artists, designers, collectors and the public
