FOLD STAR #2

Fold Star #2 is a work by Vincenzo Marsiglia and made entirely out of solid white Carrara marble. The lines and star-shape are carved into the material to create Marsiglia’s signature symbol.

The three-dimensional lines resemble an origami fold and appear to cause the work to shift in shape when viewed from different angles. Dynamism is a returning theme in the artistic designer’s work. Marsiglia explores new ideas to revive the work’s energy and influence the viewer’s vision.
